Sumaria Systems Wins OASIS-SB Task Order for SASPO SAR Engineering Support
DANVERS, Mass. - Sumaria Systems, Inc., a leading provider of information technology (IT), engineering, and professional services has won the OASIS SB (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Small Business) Pool 3 task order to provide Source Approval Request (SAR) engineering support for the Strategic Alternate Sourcing Program Office (SASPO).
"Sumaria has 35-plus years of Air Force-centric advisory and assistance services experience, including our current F-16 Program and Medium Altitude Unmanned Aerial System (lMAUAS) Division work under our OASIS SB contract, and our past experience under the ACCESS and CAPS contract vehicles," stated Don Kurtz, Sumaria Systems Advisory & Assistance (A&AS) Division Vice President. "We are very pleased to be selected to assist the SASPO in meeting its mission objectives."
Sumaria will be providing A&AS engineering support and program analyst services to the 448 Supply Chain Management Wing (SCMW), the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), and the Air Force Sustainment Center/Small Business (AFSC/SB) Office. This effort will identify alternate supply sources and provide assistance in qualifying both current and new supply and repair sources for Air Force components to increase acquisition competition and enable cost reductions for sustainment activities.
This task order effort falls under Sumaria’s OASIS SB contract, an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services, and provides for long term planning for complex program requirements.
There are two option year periods on this task order contract. Sumaria’s OASIS SB program is managed by the company’s A&AS Division in Fairborn, Ohio.
